Triton changed the roofing industry by engineering a liquid membrane that performs like a factory-produced sheet and applying it to existing flat and low-slope roofs to avoid wasteful, disruptive, and costly tear-offs. Our products are unmatched in performance and eliminate traditional disruption issues by avoiding odors, harmful solvents, and dangerous VOC’s.
Clients that continually choose Triton’s roof restoration systems are benefitting from avoiding disruption to their operations, reducing their carbon footprint, and realizing millions of dollars in savings.
Products & System
TritoFlex Liquid Membrane
Our flagship product, an industrial-grade, VOC-free liquid-applied synthetic rubber, has been used worldwide, from Alaska to Malaysia. On existing flat and low-slope roofs, TritoFlex is applied at a minimum of 60 dry mils (1.5 mm) to create a new seamless, durable, and flexible waterproofing membrane. It is typically then finished with a sacrificial and sustainable topcoat (TritoCryl or NeoCoat).

NeoCoat HyBrid Coating
NeoCoat is a water-based hybrid copolymer roof coating used for economical roof restoration to protect the existing roof membrane from premature aging and extend its useful life. It is easy to apply by sprayer or roller, has industry-leading 92% bright white reflectivity, and superior dirt pick-up resistance. Due to its enhanced resistance to ponding water, it is often used as an alternative to commodity silicone roof coatings.
Advantages
92% solar reflectivity
Easy to repair and recoat, unlike silicone
Great dirt pick-up resistance
Water-based, low VOC, not flammable
Flexible in sub-zero temperatures
Seamless
Enhanced ponding water resistance
10 or 15 year material warranties
